By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion—for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in [EUROS] and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accurate pricing, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund your order.
3. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. (adjust based on what you use). Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of some items, all sales are final unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our end. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Risk of Loss
Once an item has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
7. Limited Edition / Drop Items
Exclusive drops and limited pieces are sold in small quantities. We do not restock these items. All sales on these pieces are final—no returns or exchanges.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice.
